Hello, and Welcome to my website. The sculptures shown here are shadow boxes which hold objects meant to be preserved behind the safety of a glass front. These are not necessarily important objects; in fact, most are commonplace, but still worthy of preserving. My studio is a carpentry shop where I build these cases, whose designs are modeled on architectural forms, or antique furniture styles. The language of architecture and ornament says something about the objects inside, but that is partially for the viewer to interpret. If you have questions please feel free to contact me through the Contact page and I will respond as quickly as time allows. Thanks!

Each year I participate in the Gowanus Open Studios Tour, which is usually held the third weekend of October, and sponsored by Arts Gowanus.
Please see their website for more information, and please help support Arts Gowanus as they work to support local artists.
My former studio building, TI Studios at 183 Lorraine Street in Red Hook, Brooklyn, will be included in this year's tour. There are over 50 artists participating in this building alone! But please explore the entire area, as there are many studios to discover and enjoy!
